What is and how do I use the Traffic Refund Claim Generator?

If you’re using traffic purchased from a traffic provider or ad network, chances are that some of it will end up being either bot or low quality traffic, which is to be expected. But in situations where these types of traffic are predominant, you might consider asking for a refund from your traffic provider.

This is where our Traffic Refund Claim Generator comes into play. You select a timeframe, the zone or zones you used exclusively for the traffic provider and fill in some basic information. You’ll get a beautiful report showcasing the low quality traffic that you’ve paid and should be refunded for.

The report features the following information:

  • the buyer and traffic provider contact information
  • automatic calculation of refundable amount based on the traffic funneled through Adscore
  • the Top 15 SubIDs delivering invalid traffic
  • daily traffic breakdown for the selected time frame
  • daily invalid traffic IP log samples for the selected time frame

Just make sure to include this report when filing a refund claim with your traffic provider.
